Are you an employee receiving a paper check? Visit the Payroll table in the Setzer Center every Wednesday in May from 1 to 2 p.m. to set up direct deposit, then spin the prize wheel and enter our grand prize drawing sponsored by Neches Federal Credit Union. Open to all campus employees, including student workers.

FY25 Inventory Verification
Deadline: Sunday, June 15, 5 p.m.
It is time once again for the Yearly Mandatory Inventory Verification. Each department is responsible for locating all assets assigned to it. The list of assets to be verified will be sent to the Head of each department on May 1 and is due before June 15. Find more information here.
